My journey began with a passion for justice and equity—a desire to challenge systems that exclude and build pathways where diversity isn't just celebrated, but woven into the fabric of how we work and grow together. Over the years, I’ve turned that passion into a career in strategic leadership and intentional program development.

I created this community to share my thoughts, experiences, and a bit of my whimsy with you. You’ll find stories of a girl finding her way, and a woman forging her own path. It may not make sense to the outside world, but you’re in the biRRdhouse now. Look around, sprinkle some seeds of love, and most of all, enjoy the space.
